Vilka vi är
Vi är en ideell förening Konst i Blickpunkt som har sitt säte i Karlskrona. Föreningen är fristående, partipolitiskt och religiöst obunden. Konst i Blickpunkt verkar med syfte att stärka närvaron av visuell konst i Karlskrona och i Blekinge. En bärande komponent för regionala konstnärer som deltar i evenemanget är att utvidga sitt nätverk med många värdefulla internationella kontakter som kan hjälpa dem att nå ut med sin konst. Föreningen arrangerar internationella möten och konstutställningar under namnet The Arts Dot. The Arts Dot engagerar både allmänheten, konstnärer och lokala företagare för att skapa förståelse för hur konsten kan vara en del av en ny basnäring i Blekinge med syftet att skapa ett brett och långsiktigt engagemang. Utställningarna har varit i pop-up format och lokalerna varierar beroende på tillgång men målet är att det ska vara nära till publikens vardag. Varje år har föreningen bjudit in ett antal gallerier, både regionala och internationella, vilket redan har lett till att deltagande konstnärer har blivit erbjudna utställningsmöjligheter internationellt.

Hur vi hanterar dina personuppgifter – GDPR

Konst I Blickpunkt ansvarar för de personuppgifter (namn, adress, e-postadress, företag/organisation) du lämnar till oss när du kontaktar oss i något ärende. Vilka personuppgifter vi samlar in och varför vi samlar in dem

Media och publikation
Om du skickar bilder till oss för publikation, bör du undvika att dela bilder där EXIF-data inkluderar data från GPS-lokalisering. Besökare till webbplatsen kan ladda ned och ta fram alla positioneringsuppgifter från bilder på webbplatsen.
Deltagaren godkänner att The Arts Dot och Konst I Blickpunkt får använda inlämnade bilder för marknadsföring av evenemanget, att fotografera och/eller spela in, och kan använda bilder och/eller inspelningar för arkiv- och reklamändamål på webbplatsen samt på sociala medier som hänvisar till The Arts Dot. Upphovsrätten till bilder/video förblir dock alltid deltagarens.

Om medlemsregistret
När du registrerar dig som medlem accepterar du att dina uppgifter lagras av oss. Registret över medlemmar samt medlemsutskick till dessa hanteras i sin helhet av särskilt ansvariga i styrelsen för föreningen Konst i Blickpunkt. Ingen information om dig delas med andra parter. Dina uppgifter sparas så länge du är medlem, men rensas bort senast 12 månader efter att du gått ur som medlem och snabbare om du begär det.
Vilka rättigheter du har över dina data
Du kan begära att vi tar bort alla personuppgifter vi har om dig. Detta omfattar inte eventuella uppgifter som vi är tvungna att spara av administrativa, legala eller säkerhetsändamål.

We don’t share your data with other parts without your permission.

Konst I Blickpunkt retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. 7.0 Media and publication
Artist and whole participants agree that the Arts Dot team may use submitted pictures for promotion of the event, photograph and/or videotape the artist and work(s) and may use such images and/or recordings for archival and publicity purposes on its own website as well as on all social media platforms referring to The Arts Dot. However, the copyright of the artwork always remains with the artist.
All photographs taken before, during, or after the Arts Dot event are the property of Arts Dot and may be used for promotional purposes.
8.0 Trademarks, Logos and other Intellectual Property Issues
The Customer is responsible for any Copyright or Trademark issues related to the creation and use of Project files by the Customer. Customer shall be solely responsible for any Trademark or Copyright searches pertaining to the Project unless otherwise contracted for in the Specifications. The Designer will not knowingly copy other rightfully trademarked or copyrighted material.
9.0 Amendments
We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy. We may notify you of changes to this policy by email.
10.0 Consent
By using our website and services, you hereby consent to our privacy policy and agree to its terms.
