The Arts Dot Illuminated—The Grand Screen Exhibition
The Grand Screen Experience was a debut art exhibition dedicated to showcasing contemporary digital art on a monumental scale. This event transformed a large LED screen into a captivating digital art gallery inside Karlskrona Blue Port Studios, inviting everyone to participate in this unique cultural experience. It was the first exhibition of its kind in Karlskrona, aiming to challenge the traditional concept of viewing art by presenting it in an environment that added an extra dimension for all to enjoy.

Creative Talks & The Grand Screen Venue
The Creative Talks programme, organised as part of the conference “Citizen Dialogue for a Creative Karlskrona”, brought together digital creators, scientists, representatives of cultural institutions, and residents, creating a platform for the exchange of experiences and the co-creation of new artistic narratives. Karlskrona Blue Port Studios was a central meeting place during the Citizen Dialogue, where attendees could explore art, meet international creatives, and engage in panel discussions to learn about the digital, analogue, and mixed media art presented in the hall. Since a major part of these presentations and Creative Talks were showcased directly on the monumental LED screen, the venue seamlessly connected digital art with community dialogue. More Exhibitions at Blue Port Studios
The Grand Screen Experience was presented alongside analogue artworks by artists from Lithuania, Germany, and Sweden, curating a cohesive and engaging experience for a diverse audience. These exhibitions were an integrated part of the T.A.B project. Funded under the South Baltic Interreg program, T.A.B. promoted innovation and collaboration by supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, highlighting the practical connection between technology, art, and future entrepreneurship.
Karlskrona Blue Port Studios hosted the large-scale collaborative community art piece, “Modular Art: A Collective Creation,” bringing together individual physical artworks into one large installation. Explore the Modular Art project and view the collective art installation here.
The venue also showcased innovative project presentations during the panel discussions, where international artists and creators displayed a variety of works featured throughout the large hall.

Additionally, students from Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) presented interactive work, allowing visitors to test and experience the innovative projects firsthand. The student projects: Augmented Reality portals
