Live Painting and Creative Art Event on Stumholmen

Stumholmen came alive during this open-air creative day, welcoming families, friends, and individual creators to experience the genuine joy of making art together. With no age limits or prior experience required, the event focused entirely on creative freedom and community spirit, giving everyone a chance to express themselves.

Centered around the theme of the OCEAN, the large, shared painting area became a space filled with unique sea-inspired stories and ideas. Alongside the main canvas, participants experimented with creating quick monoprints and building schools of fish out of recycled materials. The three joint painting sessions made it easy for visitors to drop in throughout the day, connect with our host artists, and dive into the creative process.

A creative day in an inspiring outdoor setting on Stumholmen!

A beautiful highlight of the day was our mini exhibition, which proudly showcased sea-inspired artworks created earlier that year in collaboration with local children. It was a wonderful reflection of the creativity that exists within our community.
